The Majesty of God

Introduction:

Psalm 8

     1)  LORD our Lord is Yahweh our Master.

     2)  God manifests His power in the things that are 

          powerless.

     3)  In today’s world we have an advantage for observing

          our world. 

     4)  God has a personal connection to everyone here this 

          morning.

     5)  Man’s destiny is to be crowned with Power and Glory.

     6)  We are to have dominion over everything in Creation.

     7)  David concludes that he wants to praise God 

          forevermore.

     8)  3 Truths David understood

          A.  God made man.

          B.  God made man gloriously.

          C.  God made man for a fulfilling destiny.

     9)  Where do you see Jesus in this psalm?
