     II.  Condemnation is often the consequence of our sin. 

          A. Adam and Eve.

          B. God provides a way out called conviction.

Rom. 8:1 NIV

     III. Differences between conviction and condemnation.

           A. Conviction comes from the Holy Spirit.

                Condemnation comes from the enemy.

           B. Conviction is born out of grace.

                Condemnation is born out of guilt.

           C. Conviction leads us to confess our sins.

               Condemnation leads us to conceal ourselves.

           D. Conviction leads to repentance.

               Condemnation leads to remorse.

           E. Conviction leads to surrender

               Condemnation leads us back to poor decisions.

           F. Conviction leads to real change.

               Condemnation traps us in our past.

Conclusion:  Say hello to conviction and goodbye to condemnation.
