“Heart of Worship”

Introduction:

Ps. 98:1-9

   I.   At the heart of worship, we are to look up. V. 1-4

        A.  All worship is God-centered.

        B.  Names of God,

              1.  Jehovah Rafa – the God who heals.

              2.  El Roi – the God who sees.

              3.  Jehovah Jireh – the God who provides.

   II.  At the heart of worship, we are to lift up. V. 5-6

Ezra 3:11-13

God is an amazing God, do not settle for a dead heart.

   III. At the heart of worship, we are to give up. V. 7-9

Rom. 12:1

Conclusion: Let’s surrender our hearts and make Jesus the heart of our worship.
